SWINE
Exhibitor’s Ticket must be presented to enter and must be purchased at time of
submitting entry.
Permit required for all imports. No swine that have been fed raw garbage, nor
swine exposed to any swine that have been fed raw garbage, shall be imported
into the state. No swine immunized by the use of serum and live hog cholera
virus method shall be imported less than thirty days following such vaccination.

Same premiums are offered for Pure Breeds as offered for Natives except Boars.
Entries in the Pure Bred classes must be accompanied by registration papers. If
more than one Entry per pen, Pig must be marked by an animal marker.

1. Boar, 6 months old and under 1 year.
2. Boar, over 2 months and under 6 months.
3. Sow, 1 year or over,
4. Sow, 6 months old and under 1 year.
5. Sow, over 2 months and under 6 months.
CLASSES 1-5
1st - $20.00;2nd - $15.00;3rd - $10.00;4th - $5.00.
6. Best Sow and litter of five or more pigs.
1st - $70.00;2nd - $60.00;
3rd - $50.00;4th - $40.00
7. Best Market Hog between 150-200 pounds, all breeds competing.
1st - $30.00; 2nd - $25.00;
3rd - $20.00; 4th - $15.00.
